We promise to never sell your name or mailing address to anyone. We strictly will use this information for our contact to you and for ordering and shipping purposes.
Guarantee-
We guarantee our workmanship and quality of materials. As you may or may not know, leather is going to naturally have imperfections resulting from injury to the animal as well as the conditions of nature. We do our best to avoid using such pieces. So, in a “nut shell,” our policy is to give you a finished piece of which you can be equally proud of. If you have any concerns, please feel free to contact us BEFORE you order.
Ordering Procedures-
After you have discussed with us what you want, we will design it on paper and send you a quote. Your quote will be given in person, by mail, or by email. If the quote is given in person or by mail, we ask that you sign and date it and send (or hand) it back to us with a 50% down payment. The deposit is not refundable, but it will be put towards your final balance that will be due. If you want the quote to be emailed, we ask that you send us a money order, cashier’s check, or you may pay through pay pal. We gaurantee our products will be made to match the quote. In the event that doesn’t happen, we will redo the product or give you your money back. We take pride in our work and we strive to make our customers happy.
Once we have received your deposit and approval of the quote we will begin making your product. Please look at your quoted date of delivery that is located on your estimate form. Delivery times will be based on each product. Remember, these products are custom made and they take time to make them specially for you. If there is a specific date you need your product by, please let us know and we will do our best to get that delivered. There will be no guarantees.
