We try our best to price our productions without any errors. However, we are human and mistakes do occur. Therefore, we reserve the right to correct any pricing or product information as seen. We reserve the right
to fix our mistakes and we will apologize in advance for any inconvienience it may have caused you.
Ordering and Payment Options:
Because all of our products are custom made, we would like to hear from you first with your ideas and thoughts on the products before you place your order. Your satisfaction is number one to us and we want to make the best item for you. Again, you may call us during business hours or you may email us anytime. If we don’t answer your phone call, please leave a message and we will call you back ASAP.
We accept PayPal, money order, or cashier's check. Please make checks payable to Western-Creations & Tack. Nebraska residents: add 7 percent sales tax to your order. Sorry, NO C.O.D. orders are accepted.
A 50%percent deposit is due on all orders, with the balance of the payment to be made upon shipment. We will call or email you when your product is ready to be sent. Since all of our products are custom made, we will email or mail you a picture(s) of your product for final approval.
Because our products are customized, we will NOT accept returns for a refund. We will request your final approval before shipment.
Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. All merchandise will be shipped via the United States Parcel Service (USPS).
Returns:
Please select your measurement carefully and use extreme care when picking your options. Our special ordered products are NOT returnable NOR refundable due to any mistakes in measurements or options selected by the customers. If you find that you have made a mistake in the selection, please contact us IMMEDIATELY and IF WE HAVE NOT started making your order, we may be able to make the correction. Each one of our products are custom made at the time we receive your approval for ordering. Any non custom made product is returnable within 30 days. Products must be returned in resellable conditions. There will be a 20%percent restocking fee on all returned items after the 30 days. Please feel free to contact us if you have any problems or concerns regarding your order and we will do our best to fulfill your request.
